In 1976, Mr Louis Le Duff opened the first French casual food restaurant “Brioche Doree” in Brest, France. After the rapid expansion of this concept and driven by his passion of sharing French food to the world, Mr Le Duff created various restaurants and bakeries, such as Pizza del Arte, La Madeleine, Le Fournil de Pierre, Bridor de France, and FB Solution. The Group continued its expansion with the acquisition of Bruegger’s- Café Bakery concept in the USA.

Thanks to Mr. Le Duff vision and determination, the Group has nowadays more than 1,960 restaurants and bakeries worldwide with presence in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, and more than 38,000 employees around the world. FB Solution Hong Kong was established in 2008, as an extension of FB Solution Paris in order to fulfil the growing demand of top quality bakery products in Hong Kong, Macau and China. FB Solution has a strong commitment to offer convenient and time saving bakery products for food professionals. As the key importer and distributor on these markets, we co-operate with European leaders in bakery products such as our sister company Bridor de France and the renowned caterer Traiteur de Paris and our new partner, Terre des Loges, who provides authentic and natural recipes of potatoes from the French culinary tradition.

FB Solution strives to distribute bread and pastries manufactured under strict standards such as HACCP, BRC and IFS in order to protect costumer’s health. The raw materials, are selected carefully by Bridor de France and Traiteur de Paris, using only French flour guarantee without additives, fine butter such as Charentes Poitou AOP. In 2016, more than 100 days of auditing by the strictest audit bodies and our partners.

Our products are made following traditional recipes and knowhow of French baking, as slow kneading and long resting hours in order to offer unique texture and natural flavors that are complex, rich, intense and authentic.

Traiteur de Paris

At Traiteur de Paris, people are the heart of the business. Everyone involved is completely invested in their project, pouring their heart and soul into producing high-quality pastries and patisserie. Their Chefs select top quality ingredients. When possible, they prioritize local French products (when using cream or butter for example) or select protected designation of origin products, such as Guerande salted caramel, Roussillon apricots, Sicilian lemons or Bourbon Vanilla. A lot of attention to detail is required when preparing their products, and many tasks are carried out by hand.
